With traditional roots in Norway's idyllic western region, critically acclaimed Tidstyv is speeding ahead as they deliver a catchy and uninhibited rock package brimming with energy and individuality.

With their frontwoman Hanne Rye, from Nordfjordeid, her dialect gives the band a unique sound rarely heard in rock.
After their first few released singles, the band was booked for prestigious shows and festivals such as Klubbøya, during the Øyafestivalen 2023, support slots for Bokassa, as well as their own headline shows at numerous of the country's best venues.

The band has also received numerous positive reviews for their singles and live performances from big Norwegian music media outlets such as Ballade, Musikknyheter, and Dagsavisen.

March 1, 2024, the highly anticipated debut album "Det Blir Bra Til Slutt" finally sees the light of day. Followed by an extensive Norwegian tour, and numerous radio and playlisting features, there are strong indications that the music industry is closely following "one of the country's most exciting rock bands at the moment".
